Solid Color Epoxy

Epoxy Flake Flooring

Most durable multi-layered epoxy floor system. Epoxy flake comes in a variety of chip color combinations to match any brand, logo or interior. Why Floor Prep Is Crucial for A Long-Lasting Garage Floor

Floor preparation is vital for a long-lasting garage floor. At Evolve Epoxy, we ensure your garage floor is fully prepared before applying the epoxy floor system.

We start by mechanically diamond grinding the concrete to remove stains, dirt, grime, oil, clean out control joints, wire brush stem walls and HEPA vacuum.
Once the top layer of concrete is removed, we move on to repairing cracks, divots, and any holes.
Once the concrete is ready, we apply an Epoxy Primer/ base coat with a moisture barrier. This step covers the entire floor with industrial grade 2-part epoxy.
Flake application: Apply full coverage of decorative vinyl flake. Custom blends available!
Scrape the flake smooth in a crosshatch pattern. This ensures there are no areas missed to create a consistent look. Special attention to detail in this step puts Evolve at the top of the industry!
Top coat: We use an UV stable polyaspartic topcoat. It is resistant to fading, yellowing, and hot car tire pickup. It is quick drying that allows foot traffic in 8 hours and a return to service time for vehicles in as little as 48 hours.
