Everything we do on an older floor — degreasing, grinding out contamination, chasing cracks, rebuilding spalled edges — exists because nobody sealed the slab when it was new. In Terramor that work is not needed yet. The concrete is clean, flat and structurally sound, so prep is a diamond grind to open the surface and very little else, and the install is straightforward.
The one thing new construction does demand is a moisture check. Recently poured slabs release vapor for a long time, and coating over an actively drying slab is how blisters form. We test, and prime with a moisture barrier if the reading calls for it. After that it is a single-day install: coat, broadcast, seal under UV-stable polyaspartic, walk on it in about 8 hours and park on it in 48. Ten-year material and craftsmanship warranty.
Because the slab is sound, nothing is ruled out. Being this close to our Corona shop also means samples are easy to get in front of you before you commit to a blend.
