Evolve Epoxy is a family-owned business founded by Steve Monroe, who has worked in the concrete coatings industry since 2012. We believe in personal service, honest communication, attention to detail, and quality workmanship, not a one-size-fits-all franchise experience.
With more than 1,000 completed projects, Evolve Epoxy brings practical experience to residential concrete coating projects. We focus on proper installation practices, careful preparation, and a finished floor designed for everyday use.
A durable garage floor coating starts with the concrete underneath. Our preparation process includes mechanical diamond grinding, crack repair, cleaning, and appropriate surface profiling to help the coating bond properly to the concrete.
We emphasize premium coating materials manufactured in the United States. Our goal is to provide a quality finish that enhances the look and functionality of your garage while standing up to regular household use.
We offer a 10-year warranty covering materials and workmanship, subject to the applicable warranty terms. We want homeowners to understand their investment and feel confident about their new garage floor.
A professionally coated garage floor can help protect concrete against everyday wear, stains, and moisture-related challenges, depending on the coating system selected. The finished surface is designed to be easier to clean and maintain than untreated concrete.
Choosing a contractor is an important decision. Evolve Epoxy is licensed, bonded, and insured (California Lic. #1084974), providing homeowners with added peace of mind when planning their garage floor improvement.
We appreciate those who serve our country and communities. Evolve Epoxy offers discounts to eligible military members, veterans, and first responders. Contact us for current discount details.
Every concrete floor is different, so the appropriate preparation, coating system, and installation process depend on the condition of the concrete and the intended use of the space. On every job, the work follows these five steps:
